Athletic
field reservations begin with contacting the Parks and Recreation
Department's Recreational Coordinator to see if the fields and times
are available to reserve.*

Make a
tentative reservation by completing an ATHLETIC FIELD RESERVATION
AND USER AGREEMENT CHECKLIST obtained from the the Recreational
Coordinator.

Signing of the User
Agreement and payment of the User Fee will confirm reservations of
the athletic fields for your use.

*A User Agreement will be made to
reserve an athletic field for "Scheduled Supervised Practice,
Scheduled Games or Tournaments/Special Events. Groups desiring to use a
ball field for open practice should go to the two south fields at Buford
Park or the field by the tennis courts at Coleman Park. Reservations,
User Agreement and User Fee are not required for these fields but they
must be shared with other groups.
