All our parks are open to the general public without an admission charge.

Coleman Park

Coleman Park has picnic areas in natural east Texas settings, walking/jogging paths, nature trails, tennis courts and ball field - soccer field complex.

Kids Kingdom at Buford Park

The citizens of Sulphur Springs built a  popular nearly magical castle playground for our younger children.

Athletic Fields

Baseball, softball and soccer fields can be reserved at Coleman and Buford Park with a User Agreement and payment of a User fee.

H.W. Grays Building Rental

This neighborhood building at Pacific Park can be rented for family and small group gatherings       .

Call the Parks and Recreation Office, 903 439-1189 for reservations.

Swimming Pool & Private Party Reservations 

Children, adults and families can use the outdoor swimming pool for a small entrance fee and groups can rent it for their private activities. Swimming Pool will close last weekend of August.

Swimming Pool at Buford Park will open when school is out. Call 903 885-9446, when pool is open to arrange for parties. Off season call 903-439-1189.
